Reliable training, as always

This was my third purchase from Loan Signing System, this time for the Reverse Mortgage Training. I previously took their Fundamental Course and then the Notary Success Summit. Each time, the content has been consistently high quality and current. I know what to expect with their training – clear explanations and practical advice. They've always delivered on access quickly, and the platform feels familiar now. It's why I keep coming back when I need to expand my knowledge.

Fantastic learning experience!

I just finished the HELOC Signing Training and it was fantastic! The explanations were so clear and the examples really helped me grasp the concepts. I feel so much more confident about taking on these types of signings now. The whole experience, from enrolling to completing the modules, was smooth. I'm definitely coming back for more training soon!

Comprehensive course, good support

I purchased the Six Figure Course last month. The ordering process was straightforward on their website, and I received my login credentials via email almost immediately. The course content itself is very thorough, covering everything from Notary Public Training to Advanced Loan Signing Techniques. I particularly found the Loan Document Training modules well-structured and easy to follow. I had a question about accessing the student portal a few days in, and customer support responded within a few hours with clear instructions. The mentorship program seemed robust, though I haven't utilized it much yet. Overall, it felt like a solid investment to understand the loan signing agent role.

Good content, minor tech issues

I bought the Professional Course a while back. The course content is genuinely helpful for understanding the loan signing process, especially the Notary Business Marketing Tools. Delivery was instant since it's all online, which was great. My main gripe was that sometimes the video player would buffer more than I expected, even with good internet. It wasn't constant, but it was noticeable. Customer service was responsive when I had a question about the Loan Signing Agent Script Book, so that was a plus. It's a strong program, just a few small technical hiccups here and there.

Decent value, good info

I was looking for the best deal for Loan Signing Agent Certification. I saw they had a bundle discount for the Professional Course which made it more affordable. The amount of information you get for the price felt like a good return. I paid in installments, which helped my budget. It definitely felt worth what I paid to get started in this field.

Are there usually any promo codes floating around for LSS? Don't want to pay full price if I don't have to.

R Rosa 2 months ago
Keep an eye out for webinars, they often drop codes there. Or if you know someone who's a student, they might have a referral link.

I got a code when I signed up for their free intro thing, I think. Also Black Friday and Cyber Monday usually have deals, but that's a bit away.

How does this compare to Notary2Pro? Seen both pop up and not sure which one to go with for loan signing training.

R Renee Kim 2 months ago
LSS is super comprehensive and Mark Wills is really good at breaking down the actual signing process. Notary2Pro is good too, but LSS felt more focused on getting you clients.

I started with N2P then switched to LSS. LSS felt more actionable, especially with the marketing side. N2P was a bit more general notary stuff, I think.

Hey, wondering if anyone knows if there's a money-back guarantee for this course? Thinking about the Six Figure one but it's a big investment.

R Renee 2 months ago
Yeah, they do. I think it's within 30 days, something like that. Check their site, it's usually pretty clear.

Yep, they have a refund policy. I remember seeing it when I signed up last year. I think you need to show you actually tried the steps though, like you can't just sign up and then ask for a refund a week later without doing anything.

What's the deal with payment plans for LSS? Can I pay for the course over time or is it an upfront thing?

T Todd 2 months ago
They totally have payment plans! Makes it way more affordable.

Yep, they offer them. I used one for the Professional course, worked out great. Spreads it out nicely.

Do I need to be a commissioned notary *before* I even start the LSS course, or can I do them at the same time?

R Ryan Brooks 2 months ago
You can start the course without being commissioned. It's probably a good idea to start your state notary application while you're doing the LSS training though, as that can take a while.

Nah, you don't. You'll need to be one to actually do signings, obviously, but the LSS course teaches you the loan signing agent part. So you can learn that while waiting for your notary commission to come through.
